I love seeing an end to winter by looking at the beautiful arrangements paired with a great work of art. Here's some of my favorites of this year, and the slide show below shows all the great works.

4/14/2013 1 Comment Art in Bloom 2013 Lobby of Milwaukee Art Museum Art in Bloom, one of my favorite things at the Milwaukee Art Museum, is here again! It always creeps up on me in the beginning of spring when life seems so busy but it reminds me to take a well needed break to stop and smell the flowers! Posted here are just a few of my favorites. Local floral designers are assigned a work of art to design an arrangement for. It's so inspiring to see all the beautiful colors, makes me want to get home and work on my flower gardens. They even have vendors selling garden items. One of my favorites, Urban Sense has a great selection of Seed Savers seeds. Last year I had great luck with Asparagus Peas and Strawberry Spinach so I picked a few more unusual varieties I look forward to planting soon. Below are a few of my favorites.
